Press Operator
Press Operator:   Responsibilities include:  
 
  • Operates a flexographic die cutting press (Mark Andy, Aztech, Rotoflex)
  • Reviews work instructions for proper setup and processing of jobs. Installs tooling and dies for each job and makes proper adjustments to the press.
  • Supports maintenance personnel in the care and preventative maintenance of machinery.
  • Ensures production areas are maintained in an orderly and clean manner.
  • Adheres to all safety requirements and company policies.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and have excellent work performance and attendance history.  Mechanical aptitude is a plus. 
  • Shift Hours:   1st Shift 6am – 4pm M-F;   2nd Shift 4pm – 2am Mon – Thurs

Warehouse Associate

 
Our Shipping team requires a person whom they can rely on to make sure the shipping area continues to run efficiently and smoothly overall. The ideal candidate will like variety in their workday. While safe forklift operation is needed at certain times, much of your workday will be spent off of a forklift.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities 
 
 
  • Reviews the Shipping Log to determine what product needs to ship that day.
  • Ensures all assigned shipments are pulled, prepared/wrapped and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Accurately counts and packs product according to order instructions or assigned orders. Ensures all cartons are properly labeled.
  • Reviews shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading and Picking Sheet. Checks paperwork against product cases for accuracy.
  • Safely operates forklifts and pallet jacks to unload/load trucks. Stores raw material and finished goods in assigned areas.
  • Repackages and/or relabels products as needed.
  • Reports defective or questionable product to Shipping or Quality Manager.
  • Assists in correcting inventory discrepancies. Works with Warehouse and Production personnel to make sure inventory is set in proper location. Alerts Management of misplaced product and/or inaccurate inventory counts.
  • Ensures working areas are maintained in an orderly and clean manner.
  • Adheres to all safety requirements and company policies.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years Warehouse experience, including 1 year of safe forklift operation.
    Strong work ethic, excellent attendance and employment history.
  • Ability to successfully complete a drug and background check.
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment.
  • Problem solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, or maneuver up to 1,500 lbs with a hand truck, and climb ladders
  • Ability to use computer software to understand sales orders and shipping instructions
    Proficiency in counting and basic math calculations to determine product weights and case counts.

Shift hours: Generally 9am – 6pm Mon – Fri Note: Shift end can vary, from 5:00 – 6:30, depending on when freight truck loading is completed.
